This tutorial will walk you through creating and sharing calendars.

Notice the “check-marks” on the left hand panel. These will enable/disable the visibility of the calendar.

Creating New Calendars

To create a new calendar use the FILE->New Calendar. This can also be done with “right-click” in the “Calendars” pane on the left bottom of screen.

Add the events and then you can share this with your friends and family using the share tab.

Sharing Calendars

After you create the new calendar you could then share this with others as the publisher.  Select the calendar you wish to share.

Enter the people you wish to share with…click invite. The people you chose to invite will receive an email to announce the calendar invitation.

TIP:  The special calendar “My Calendar” is suggested to not be shared with others so as to keep private information for yourself. Create new calendars with the events you wish to share.
